Each package is a one-time investment. Furnishings and inventory purchases are paid separately by the owner. Lisa’s consulting packages do not include an ongoing management contract or a percentage of your rental income.

Want a vacation rental, but don’t want to run it yourself? We can do that, too.

You can work with me through one of the launch packages to get your property set up and ready for guests. Then I’ll help hand it over to a partner company I trust to manage it well.

I work side by side with them during the setup and handoff, so the details, systems and expectations we’ve put in place carry through to the team taking over.

I handle the launch and handoff. Your management partner handles the ongoing day-to-day management, under a separate arrangement.

I’m Lisa, a licensed North Carolina real estate broker, and I’ve spent about 10 years working with vacation rentals right here in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.

I’ve been the person answering guest questions, getting a property ready, working with cleaners and figuring out what to do when something doesn’t go as planned. I know how much goes into it—and how much easier it is when the setup is done right from the start.

That’s why I created Lisa Is Local. I want to help you build the vacation rental business you want, with thoughtful details, happy guests and systems that make your life easier.
